Essentially, what do you want.

I'm thinking just steal WotC' CoC , but remove the politics rule, spam rule, less strict but OK with non-jerk flaming, filter no words except the "f word" (which will be replaced by cute little hearts because that's the true goal behind the f-word). Anything that could not be posted on WotC just goes in mature by registering, that you can see automatically but can opt out of viewing.

Or something. I'm more of an Adam Smith guy these days, invisible hand junk.

the only rules are no child porn or bestiality, no illegal content like copyrighted mp3s, no harassing other members by posting personal information, no malicious links, and no breaking forums tables
