Basically, you choose whatever 2 blocks and 1 coreset you want to use and build on that. The catch is that both block and legacy bans are in effect. (Affinity is gutted by block bannings, for example.)

Post your sets whenever you decide, then build and post your decks and sideboards at some point.

Null Brooch is the only self discard, Oon'a prowler is just disruption. And the brooch is good because the tutors but stuff on top of the library, meaning no big if you have to discard. And finally, all the tutors are to get Grindstone and Painter's Servant ASAP, because they win for a total of 6 mana.

Gilded Light is also mildly effective, in that it means I survive the initial Hellkites and gives me a turn to get Akroma's Vengeance or a big Starstorm.
