You know how in organized debates one often has to argue a side they don't actually support, and it's a sort of fun mental/logical challenge? My understanding is that that's the idea behind that website as well (at least for most users). It isn't publicly stated anywhere because then there would be less furious people arguing with them, which would take a lot of the fun out of it.
There are a few lunatics who actually believe that, but I'm pretty sure they're not them.
