This, except my shower has a detachable head so I just point it away from me until it's warm enough. However, I always end my showers with ridiculously cold water.

I'm number three as well. I usually shave or brush my teeth until the water is hot and jump in.

That seems like a total waste of water unless it takes several minutes for your to heat up. I usually just flip on the shower, get undressed, and by then it's warm.

Yeah, that's what I do.

I also piss then, too. It's warm by then. SOMETMIES I turn it on right before I piss, and its warm when I'm done.
