Naga you realize that if no one gets a majority lynch when the day ends even if x to lynch isn't met that this game will go nowhere right?
You could have at least told us that.
If thats your policy for the rest of the game I'm dropping out here and now and you can find a replacement because there's no point on playing. Mafia autowins because TS mafia isn't active enough to do that.

Or obv you could just mod kill me, either way.
This is one of the things which sucked about Dullahan's mafia.

Let me predict the future here.
D1: Town is indecisive, no one gets lynched, N1, mafia kills.
D2: Same as day 1.
D3: And again
D4: People may start struggling at this point but it's probably close to over already.
???
Mafia wins!
As scum or town this would be a boring game to play.

I'm searching for rules on this but WotC is down and MafiaScum yielded about nothing. I thought deadline would be lynch regardless regardless of majority as well, but I may be wrong.
PK at least did this, lynching Clone on one vote in the good source mafia's day two.

Its really mod preference. I do agree with Jenius to an extent, that the rules we are using should have been in the OP, but this really should have been a PM.
If you guys want me to change the policy, I don't really care. It's up to everyone.
Okay, majority vote now, gogogo

That should be up to you because it depends on whom we voted for (we're biased towards our own choice), but I would say yes.

Vote: Policy Change
And on retroactive, I would say yes (because we didn't know about the policy in the first place and I think most people assumed it would be autolynch). But it is ultimately your decision.

Vote: Policy change. I finally found this "rule" in the Common Abbreviations and Terms (http://forums.gleemax.com/showpost.php?p=15256368):
Lynch: During the day, when a player maintains a majority of votes or has the most during a deadline, and then is killed.
While of course it is personal preference to not adhere to the basic mechanics, it's still bastard to not follow them, and not tell you don't beforehand.
I choose this to be retroactive, and my choice is unrelated to my role or Clem's. If Clem is the doc then it might seem scummy that Jenius or I are trying to kill him even after the mod ends the day, but, thinking that is metagaming. I simply think we should change policy, even if it were a mafia buddy that would be lynched – if I am mafia, of course.
Vote: Policy Change
I'd rather not change the policy now. Obviously. :V
Based on there not being any strong objections, besides Clem's obviously biased answer, I'll stick to the standard rules. I'd like to keep Clem around, but I think it's best that he dies, as per the will of the town.
I'll just post it when the day starts.
